A Fun Little Hydrangea Fact

It has been the year of the Hydrangea at Waukesha Floral!  Not only did we use a lot of the gorgeous, pillow-y flowers in all shades of white, green, purple, blue and pink in our every day designs, but many of our weddings contained hydrangeas!  So, we had a contest between co-workers at Waukesha Floral.  Whomever guessed how many hydrangeas were used this year received a gift card to Pick-N-Save.  Guesses ranged from a modest 820 to 10,000 stems!  The actual number of hydrangea stems used this year was 4,026 (and that is just one of many types of flowers).
